How do I best prepare my home for photos?
The key words here is simplify and declutter. Think hotel when you walk thought your home. Your trusted real estate agent can assist here with an objective, 3rd party look. You want you home to look as sterile as possible. Free of clutter, stacks and items that are not needed. You want all mail, checkbooks, medication and firearms out of site for the photos and virtual tour. Where possible, please take down and put away and personal family photos. Any personal photos left out, our specially trained AI software will automatically blur faces of photos it finds.
How accurate are the floor plans?
Built-in Lidar laser technology creates floor plans with 98%+ accuracy without measuring.
Are you photos HDR Photos?
Absolutely. Actually the technology we use does whats called bracketed photos. We take 6 photos, 3 underexposed and 3 overexposed and AI merges them together producing brilliant real estate photos. You wil be thrilled!
How long does it take to process the virtual tours, floor plans and pictures?
We strive to get our HDR images, floor plans and 3D virtual tours turned around in 48 hours or less. Many times the phones come back in less than 24-36 hours, Monday thru Noon Friday. After Friday at noon and weekend shoots may take the full 48 hours to turn aournd photos.
